This Oakland Township home had a bat exclusion 3-4 years ago by a different bat removal company. The previous exclusion focused on the ridge vents, but they performed the exclusion the wrong way. They tried caulking it and did not even cover the entire ridge vent. Roof flashing are not tight and needs to be sealed. Not all ridge vents were bat-proofed at the original job. This was a half done job.
