Precision Wildlife Removal is a family-owned business, founded in 1979 by Justin’s father. What we believe
Get the diagnosis right
A lot of our customers called someone else first. One family was told the noise in the attic was mice. Poison went down, and the scratching went on until an animal came through the living room ceiling. We came out, went into the attic and onto the roof, and found the real problem: a squirrel. We inspect carefully because the right fix depends on knowing exactly what’s getting in, and where.
Be honest, even when there’s no job
If we don’t find an animal, we’ll tell you. One customer called about a noise in the attic. Our technician checked the roof and the attic, found no entry points and no activity, pointed out some missing shingles, and didn’t charge for the visit. Our inspections and estimates are always free.
Humane methods, permanent results
We’re 100% humane, and we never use poison. Poisoned animals often die inside walls and ceilings, and poison puts pets, kids and other wildlife at risk. We follow Michigan DNR guidance, like not excluding bats while their young can’t fly. Then we seal the entry points so the problem doesn’t come back. Removing an animal without closing the hole just leaves room for the next one.
