Wildlife Removal in Saginaw, MI

Saginaw’s riverfront, historic neighborhoods and tree-lined streets make it a great place to live, and wildlife agrees. Bats, raccoons, squirrels and birds take advantage of older homes and buildings along the Saginaw River and throughout the city and township. Precision Wildlife Removal serves Saginaw and Saginaw County from our Bay City office, 24 hours a day.

Bats are our specialty. Bat removal is most of the work we do, and Saginaw’s older homes, churches and buildings along the river are common roosts. Bat removal →

Bats in Saginaw homes and buildings

Older homes, churches and commercial buildings often have exactly what bats look for: gaps at gable vents, loose trim, chimney flashing and open soffits. Bats also feed heavily along the Saginaw River. We remove bats with humane one-way exclusion and seal every entry point. The Michigan DNR advises against excluding bats during maternity season (generally May through mid-August), so we schedule the final exclusion once the young can fly. If a bat may have had contact with someone, call right away.

Older homes, careful repairs

Many Saginaw homes have stood for generations, with original trim, chimneys and attic vents that have loosened over the years. Those are the gaps animals use. We inspect the whole house and seal openings in ways that respect the home’s character. See wildlife exclusion and prevention.

After an animal problem, we can remove droppings, nesting material and contaminated insulation. See attic restoration and cleanup.

Churches, businesses and rental properties

Saginaw has plenty of larger and older buildings, such as churches, storefronts and multi-unit rentals, where bats and birds can become a long-running problem. We offer commercial wildlife control with full-building inspections and work scheduled around your use of the building.
